Brad Garlinghouse, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Brad Garlinghouse joined YouSendIt in May 2012, and manages the company’s core operations, business growth strategy and key partnerships.

Brad believes that a truly successful company begins with its employees and the culture they build together as a team. Brad is focused on creating a winning culture at YouSendIt by constantly challenging the way people think and how they approach their day-to-day roles at the company.

Prior to coming to YouSendIt, Brad was President of Consumer Applications and head of AOL’s Silicon Valley operations, where he led the company’s efforts to expand the global reach of its communications products like, AOL Mail and AIM as well as reinvigorate the company’s mobile and social strategy. In addition, Brad was the West Coast lead for AOL Ventures, the company’s venture capital arm.

Previously, Brad was a Senior Advisor at Silver Lake, serving as an in-house counselor on a variety of potential acquisitions. Before that, Brad spent nearly six years at Yahoo!, serving as SVP of Communications and Communities. During his tenure, he also oversaw Front Doors, which included the Yahoo! home page. Under his leadership, Yahoo! Mail went from being ranked No. 3 to leading all competitors by a wide margin and the company’s messaging service rose to become the leader in that market as well. Brad also oversaw the company’s Flickr photo-sharing service and Yahoo! Groups.

Prior to Yahoo!, Brad was CEO of Dialpad Communications responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations, finance, sales and marketing. Earlier in his career he was also a General Partner at @Ventures, Category Manager of Media Development for @Home Network and Manager at SBC Communications.

Brad holds a BA in economics from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Harvard.

Renee Budig, Chief Financial Officer

Renee Budig, Chief Financial Officer

Renee Budig manages YouSendIt’s financial, human resources, facilities, and administrative functions.

During her 25-plus year career, Renee has held multiple executive level positions. Prior to joining YouSendIt, Renee was vice president of finance at Netflix. Her responsibilities included all aspects of accounting and reporting, treasury, and tax. She successfully raised $200 million in public debt offering for Netflix in addition to rebuilding the company’s finance team.

Before Netflix, Renee held several vice president roles at VERITAS Software. As vice president of investor relations, she developed a strategic investor relations program and was the primary point of contact with the financial community. Her role later expanded to include treasury responsibilities where she created and implemented a profitable investment portfolio strategy that resulted in increased yields on a $2 billion cash and investment portfolio. Renee then became vice president of finance, worldwide sales where she managed a global staff of 65 employees. When VERITAS merged with Symantec, she played a vital role in communicating the merger to the financial community.

Prior to VERITAS, Renee was the vice president of finance at Quantum Corporation where she was responsible for investor relations and overseeing the company’s worldwide treasury initiatives.

In addition to her tenure with Quantum Corporation, Renee held various related positions with Murdock & Associates, Price Waterhouse and Alexander Grant.

In 2011, Renee was recognized by the Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal as one of the most influential women in the Bay Area.

Stanford Au, Chief Technology Officer

Stanford Au, Chief Technology Officer

Stanford Au is the Chief Technology Officer of YouSendIt. Stanford is responsible for engineering, operations, IT, and technology strategy.

For more than 28 years, Stanford has held executive and senior engineering positions with leading technology companies, including Skinit, Shutterfly, Webex, Virage, KIVA, Netscape, Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett Packard.

Prior to YouSendIt, Stanford was chief technology officer at Skinit. He developed the company’s business and technology strategy for the personalization market for consumers and enterprises. Previously, Stanford was senior vice president of technology at Shutterfly, where he was responsible for the company’s technology strategy and execution. Prior to Shutterfly, Stanford was vice president of Product at WebEx, where he was responsible for engineering, product management, and product marketing for the company’s five product lines. Prior to WebEx, he was a vice president and general manager at AOL/Netscape, where he ran the Internet Bill Presentment and Payment business unit, and was responsible for engineering, product management, product marketing, partnerships, and sales and training

Stanford received his BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley, CA.

Brian Curry, Vice President, Product and Business Strategy

Brian Curry, Chief Product Officer

Brian Curry is responsible for new market penetration, key partnership development, and product strategy at YouSendIt.

Brian brings 15 years of experience to the position and most recently was vice president of corporate partnerships at Yahoo!, where he oversaw the business unit that operates Tier 1 partnerships. While at Yahoo!, Curry managed partnerships with Comcast, EBay, Walmart, Turner Broadcasting and Adobe among others.

Prior to his tenure at Yahoo!, Brian was a vice president of AOL’s Premium and Subscription Services unit, where he was responsible for AOL businesses involving licensed access to the AOL network, integration of AOL services in third-party products, and development of subscription services. In this capacity, Brian created and operated strategic relationships with Microsoft, IBM, Reuters, and WebEx to name a few.

Before joining AOL Premium Services, Brian was part of the AOL Instant Messaging unit where he managed AIM Network licensing and was a member of the AOL Strategic Development team. He joined AOL through its 1999 acquisition of Netscape Communications where he managed the Design Center practice for Netscape Professional Services.

Brian taught advanced design and information architecture at the University of Illinois before joining Netscape, and participated in Web-related research at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA).

He holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Design and Technology from the University of Illinois.

Ted Chen is responsible for accelerating the ongoing growth of YouSendIt’s business through its partner ecosystem.

With more than 20 years of experience in business development, business operations and corporate development, Ted is recognized as a leader in building strategic partnerships.

Prior to YouSendIt, Ted was a senior director of business development at Yahoo!, where he built and led teams focused on a variety of business management fronts. Ted’s teams also provided business development, business operations and business intelligence to the company’s most popular services such as the Yahoo! Home Page, My Yahoo!, Yahoo! Groups, Yahoo! Photos, Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! Messenger. Under Ted’s leadership, these services, tripled their revenues in five years. Before Yahoo! he served in senior business development roles at Netcentives and AOL/Netscape.

Earlier in his career as an attorney, Ted served as general counsel for Netcentives and corporate counsel for Altera Corporation and as a corporate associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, where he advised companies on private equity financings, IPOs and acquisitions.

Ted received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sean Jacobsohn, Vice President, Worldwide Alliances

Sean Jacobsohn, Vice President, Worldwide Alliances

Sean Jacobsohn is vice president of worldwide alliances at YouSendIt. He is responsible for growing revenue through global partnerships.

Sean has been an alliances and sales executive in the technology-enabled business services space since 1999. Prior to YouSendIt, he was VP of Channel Management at Cornerstone OnDemand, a human capital management software-as-a-service provider, which had an IPO in March 2011. Sean helped grow the company from $7 million to $72 million in revenue and 300,000 subscribers to over six million, the second most of any software-as-a-service company in the world.

Before his tenure at Cornerstone OnDemand, Sean was VP Sales and Partner Development at WageWorks, a leading provider of consumer-directed spending solutions, which filed an S-1 for a proposed IPO in April 2011 and grew from $3 million to $82 million in revenue during his tenure.

Prior to WageWorks, Sean was a senior manager at Elance, the world’s largest marketplace of contractors. He has also held finance positions at Major League Baseball and The Prudential Realty Group.

Jacobsohn has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Marketing, Finance, and International Business from University of Wisconsin.

Bobby Jaffari, Vice President, Sales

Bobby Jaffari, Vice President, Sales

Bobby Jaffari is responsible for the company’s go-to-market, Enterprise sales strategy and driving customer acquisition activities globally.

With more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership and business development roles, Bobby has been recognized as a results-oriented leader in SaaS, WebTouch, Web 2.0, and Internet technology.

Prior to YouSendIt, Bobby spent 10+ years in key leadership roles at WebEx leading high-performing teams and contributed to the overall success of WebEx until it was acquired by Cisco for $3.2B in 2007. Most recently, as Director of Sales, he led multiple teams to exceed performance expectations and contribute to the growth of the WebEx business to $800M in annual revenue.

Bobby earned his B.S. from San Jose State University.

Ranjith Kumaran, Founder

Ranjith Kumaran, Founder

Ranjith Kumaran is the founder of YouSendIt.

Prior to YouSendIt, Kumaran held marketing positions at Verisity Design, a key provider of verification process automation (VPA) solutions, where he managed product marketing for the software tools of Axis Systems. Previously, he was the director of sales engineering at Celoxica, a leading provider of C-based design and behavioral synthesis solutions, where he built the company’s sales engineering team. Kumaran also was a software systems engineer at Red Hat, one of the largest and most recognized companies dedicated to open-source software and the largest distributor of the GNU/Linux operating system.

Kumaran received a bachelor of engineering degree in computer engineering from McGill University and is an active member of TiE Silicon Valley. Kumaran is also a C100 charter member, an organization representing the top 100 accomplished Canadian entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley.

Mihir Nanavati, Vice President, Product Management and User Experience

Mihir Nanavati, Vice President, Product Management and User Experience

Mihir is responsible for defining and driving the YouSendIt product strategy, which includes development of the product roadmap and leading the product management and user experience organizations.

Mihir brings nearly 18 years experience in technology and management leadership to YouSendIt, with thought leadership in freemium, cloud based services and business model innovation.

Prior to YouSendIt, Mihir held several leadership positions for Adobe Systems, where he led a strategic formulation of a company-wide infrastructure for SaaS services. While at Adobe, Mihir also led initiatives that drove transformations in business and delivery models to Adobe’s traditional desktop products. Previously, Mihir held business intelligence and CRM leadership roles at Adobe IT and software engineering positions with Tata Unisys, Ltd.

Mihir holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business and a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Bombay, India.

Abhay Rajaram, Vice President, Customer Success

Abhay Rajaram, Vice President, Customer Success

Abhay Rajaram is responsible for evangelizing YouSendIt’s solutions, driving successful product implementations, and managing ongoing strategic engagements with enterprise customers.

With nearly 20 years of experience in product development, product marketing and customer enablement, Abhay is an established leader in the areas of SaaS, security, networking and web-based services.

Prior to YouSendIt, Abhay managed product operations, strategy, pricing and training for Cisco’s Security Technology Business Unit (STBU), including the Cisco IronPort product portfolio. Abhay joined Cisco through the acquisition of IronPort Systems, where he served as senior product manager. Previously, Abhay held engineering and marketing management positions at 3Com Corporation and Wipro Technologies.

Abhay holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, India.

Josh Stevens, Vice President, E-Commerce

Josh Stevens, Vice President, E-Commerce

Josh Stevens is the Vice President of E-commerce at YouSendIt. Josh is responsible for driving demand, engagement, and monetization of the company’s online e-commerce business globally.

With over 15 years of experience in online sales and marketing, Josh is a recognized leader in demand generation, direct marketing, and monetization of online businesses for private and public companies.

Prior to joining YouSendIt, Josh was senior vice president of strategy and business development at TicketsNow, where he was responsible for accelerating demand and distribution for online ticketing brokerage. Josh more than doubled the company’s distribution through partnerships with The New York Times, Yahoo!, the USTA, and the Baltimore Ravens, among others.

Before TicketsNow, Josh was general manager of e-commerce for mobile and classifieds at AOL, where he led record year-over-year topline growth acceleration for AOL’s e-commerce division.

Previously, Josh held a variety of leadership positions in product marketing, product management, and corporate strategy and development. Before entering the e-commerce industry 15 years ago, Josh was in corporate finance at the Chase Manhattan Bank, where he worked in the media and technology corporate finance group.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University, in Middletown Connecticut.
