Director Product Management (LOB Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for YouSendIt Corporate Business
  • Define and deliver solution strategy, market requirements, product requirements, product line plans, roadmaps and rollout plans for the solutions
  • Identify new, innovative YouSendIt solutions from existing ideas and new concepts based on industry experience and contacts with customers and prospects.
  • Manage the entire product management life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Collect and analyze customer and market requirements and translate these into product requirements.
  • Be a strong champion of YouSendIt solutions both internally as well as with customers, partners, small business organizations and other industry organizations
  • Communicate product decisions and direction to all organizations to manage feature set delivery throughout the development and product release cycles.
  • Provide as-needed support to sales teams via technical presentations, sales training material, white papers, lab demonstrations, and other customer engagements.
  • Analyze potential partner relationships for solutions along with Business Development.
  • Ongoing tracking and analysis of the business environment, competititve products, customer feedback, market research, press and analyst reports, etc.
  • Contribute and lead efforts to continue to build and develop a strong and enthusiastic product management team

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience and successful track record in delivering Internet/corporate software solutions is required.
  • Prior experience delivering solutions for IT, Sales and Marketing Line of Business Users in SMB and large enterprises
  • Over 8 years experience and demonstrated qualities as a leader.
  • Highly proficient in Product Management process and Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Direct experience in customer engagements, business case analysis, product definition, pricing, prioritization trade offs and new product introduction process.
  • Direct experience in competitive analysis & formulating successful competitive strategies.
  • Passion for understanding and working with customers and users
  • Profound understanding of Internet/Web technologies.
  • Track record of strong collaboration across cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background.

Desired:

  • MBA highly desirable.
  • Experience in driving product strategy and solutions for companies such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Webex, Intuit

Director Product Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving traffic and growing top of the funnel for YouSendIt
  • Responsible for growing YouSendIt registered user base (from current 10M)
  • Drive partnership and channel relationships opportunities along with Business Development.
  • Define and drive YouSendIt Developer Program
  • Drive viral and network effects of YouSendIt services
  • Define and deliver solution strategy, market requirements, product requirements, product line plans, roadmaps and rollout plans for the solutions
