Senior Director, Marketing

The Senior Director of Marketing will develop and lead the execution of strategy to map YouSendIt offerings to targeted users and subscriber needs. This position will lead a team of marketers including two Directors of Marketing, managers, and individual contributors covering direct marketing, partner and affiliate programs, marketing communications, marketing data analysis, and graphics production. This person will also select, manage, and guide vendors such as the Public Relations firm, direct mail provider, reporting analytics firm, and other consultants as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive understanding of YouSendIt’s current and target customer bases and execution of strategic marketing plans.
  • Prioritize and set consistent strategic direction and strategies for user acquisition, retention, and internal and external communications.

You will develop desktop products on the Mac while working with an onshore team of designers and developers, as well as interfacing with the Windows development team, the API team and the Web application team. You will develop scalable designs that are as portable as possible between Mac and Windows.

Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Engineer delivers comprehensive, high quality technical support on YouSendIt services and related products to YouSendIt’s customers.
